Ich war zum Kontrollbesuch beim Arzt und wurde ganz selbstverst\u00e4ndlich gefragt: \u201eDarf ich Sie untersuchen?\u201c. Das war neu!  <\/h2>\n<p>Das Thema hat mich besch\u00e4ftigt.<\/p>\n<p>Mir ist erst richtig bewusst geworden, dass man im Alltag selten gefragt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Und tut man dies nicht, ist man selbst schuld. \u201eH\u00e4ttest du doch was gesagt\u201c, hei\u00dft es dann. Oder \u201eWie h\u00e4tte ich es wissen sollen?\u201c.  <\/p>\n<p>Und das war's. Was einem bleibt, ist das Schuldgef\u00fchl, wenn einem hinterher klar wird, dass man etwas \u00fcber sich ergehen lassen hat. W\u00e4hrend der Andere sich vor seiner Verantwortung dr\u00fcckt, weil er Sie f\u00fcr einverstanden erkl\u00e4rt hat. Hey, STOP mal.   <\/p>\n<p>Wie w\u00e4r's mit Fragen? Ich meine nat\u00fcrlich, bevor man aktiv wird. Gl\u00fccklicherweise sind es oft harmlose Situationen, in denen man zu sp\u00e4t bemerkt, dass man eigentlich nicht wollte.  <\/p>\n<h2>Zum Beispiel, wenn einem immer wieder das Weinglas gef\u00fcllt wird, obwohl man keinen Durst mehr hat; oder man sich pl\u00f6tzlich an einem Ort befindet, an den man gar nicht wollte.<\/h2>\n<p>Es wird frech und mit gro\u00dfer Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit f\u00fcr einen mitentschieden. Wir m\u00fcssen aufpassen, denn diesen \u00dcbergriffen sind wir tagt\u00e4glich ausgesetzt. Unsere Grenzen werden leichtfertig missbraucht. Wenn wir dies zulassen, f\u00fchlen wir uns danach schlecht, besch\u00e4mt und unser Selbstwertgef\u00fchl purzelt in den Keller. W\u00fcrden wir aber gefragt werden, dann m\u00fcssten wir nachdenken, uns verantwortlich zeigen und zu unserem Standpunkt stehen.    <\/p>\n<p>So zu handeln ist f\u00fcr beide Parteien nicht einfach, denn der Fragende setzt sich einem \u201eNein\u201c aus und der Befragte muss f\u00fcr sich einstehen. In den anderen F\u00e4llen gibt es nur diese L\u00f6sung: Bleiben Sie immer wachsam, achten Sie auf Ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse und respektieren Sie sich! <\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.
